TOPS Club

Open to both current residents and the outside community, we are proud to be a support meeting venue for TOPS Club members living in Wenatchee, WA.

TOPS Club is a nonprofit weight-loss support organization that focuses on affordable, community-based support for healthy lifestyle changes. It was founded in 1948 and is one of the oldest weight-loss support groups in the United States.

Stay Active & Independent for Life (S.A.I.L.) is an evidence-based strength, balance, and fitness program for adults 65 and older. Led by our highly trained Wellness Coach, this program is excellent for older adults looking to focus on maintaining or improving mobility and independence.
